‘Glee’ Star Matthew Morrison Is Engaged

Mr. Schu is off the market, Gleeks. Matthew Morrison, who plays teacher Will Schuester on ‘Glee,’ is engaged to Renee Puente, his girlfriend of two years. Congrats!

The news that Morrison and Puente are getting hitched was announced while on stage at the White Tie and Tiara Ball in London tonight (June 27), according to E! Morrison’s pals Elton John and his partner David Furnish made the announcement.

An insider told E!, “They are thrilled. It is the first marriage for them both. He loves her so much. The theme of the night was love, which is so appropriate.”

How completely and utterly romantic.

After the big reveal, Coldplay singer Chris Martin performed ‘Your Song’ with John, which was then dedicated to the newlyengageds. So sweet.

Morrison is across the pond promoting his new album ‘Where It All Began.’

Congrats to the couple on its upcoming nuptials. They make a dashing pair, don’t they?
