On this episode of 'Glee,' the New Directions explore their guilty pleasures and deepest darkest secrets: Specifically the secrets they've kept hidden in their lives and the songs they sing along to away from the prying eyes of the judgmental world. We hope you love the '80s and '90s, because this episode is full of nostalgia.

In the hallway, Blaine (Darren Criss) approaches Sam (Chord Overstreet) and tells him he saw him stealing food from the cafeteria. When Blaine asks him if he's having trouble feeding his family, Sam admits that he's been stealing pasta to make macaroni portraits. After showing off his art, Sam asks Blaine what his guilty pleasure is. After some decisiveness, he admits to Sam the '80s duo Wham! are his favorite band ever. Enter Tina (Jenna Ushkowitz), who tells them practice is cancelled because Will (Matthew Morrison) is sick.

Sam and Blaine have the idea to assign the glee kids a project anyway, specifically performing their guilty pleasure songs to let go of their “musical shame,” and become more connected for Regionals. To prove their point, the duo performs a day-glo filled version of ' Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go' by Wham!

Brittany (Heather Morris) tells Kitty (Becca Tobin) that everyone hates her and that she should be using her magical powers for good. To learn about Kitty's guilty pleasures, Brittany invites her onto her web show, 'Fondue for Two.' There they share their secrets, like how Brittany thinks white dogs and cats are racist, that Brittany's cat is a Scientologist and that they both love the 'Bring It On' movies. However, Kitty's guiltiest pleasure is so embarrassing that she can only whisper it to Brittany.

At NYADA, Kurt (Chris Colfer) is in class thinking about his guilty pleasures like marathoning the 'Golden Girls,' exercising to Richard Simmons tapes and his “boyfriend arm,” a pillow shaped like an arm that he hugs at night. He named it Bruce.

Inside the locker room, Sam admits to Blaine that he's a Barry Manilow fan while Brittany blurts out Kitty's guilty pleasure to the other ladies: she likes the Spice Girls. They think this is wonderful news and all share with Kitty that they love the British girl-band too.

Santana (Naya Rivera) is complaining that she doesn't have enough bathroom space and threatens to tell Rachel (Lea Michele) that Brody (Dean Geyer) was a male prostitute. In exchange for her silence, Kurt gives Santana some shelf space in the biggest bathroom in all of New York City ... Cut to a flashback of Brody moving out of the studio but not telling Rachel why. To cheer her up, Santana suggests they play a prank on Kurt but instead they walk on him sleeping with his boyfriend arm.

Sam admits to the group that he loves Barry Manilow, his amazing hair, voice and talent. After performing Manilow's 'Copacabana' all the dudes admit that they secretly love Barry Manilow as well.

In the auditorium, the girls are deciding which Spice Girl they should perform as. They are interrupted by Tina, who tells them the most horrible thing just happened in the choir room.

Cut to Marley (Melissa Benoist) yelling at Jake (Jacob Artist), asking if he really plans on singing a Chris Brown song.

Blaine is reading a copy of 'Goosebumps' when Sam asks him to be honest and admit his real secret to the club to make them feel even closer.

Meanwhile, the girls are yelling at Jake for liking Chris Brown, specifically how he beat Rihanna in 2009 and has a tattoo of a battered woman on his neck. Jake counters that RiRi isn't much of a role model herself and says that he likes Brown's music but feels guilty about it. Marley says she can't separate Brown's music from him as a person and the girls ask him to reconsider his musical choice.

Back in New York, Kurt has bought the girls their own boyfriend pillows. When Rachel tells the others that she thinks Brody is eventually coming back, Santana tells Rachel the truth, that Brody wasn't a drug dealer, but a gigolo. Rachel hearing this news leaves in a huff while Kurt tells Santana she shouldn't have said anything.

Blaine performs Phil Collins' 'Against All Odds' on piano. When Tina asks who the song was about, he very blatantly lies by saying it was about his feelings for Kurt. A suspicious looking Sam thanks him for his performance.

In the choir room, the girls sing 'Wannabe' by the Spice Girls. Artie (Kevin McHale) is so impressed he bashfully tells Kitty he's never seen her so … Before bursting out, “happy.” Following up the girls is Jake, who after being booed by the group tells them he will be performing a Brown song by a different Brown. He then sings and dances to Bobby Brown's 'My Prerogative.'

After his performance (and the commercial break), Jake apologizes for not knowing that Bobby Brown was also a somewhat nefarious character in the music world for allegedly getting Whitney Houston addicted to crack. Jake, worried that Marley is still mad at him for the Chris Brown thing, decides they should talk about their feelings. She makes it very apparent she's not mad and kisses him.

Rachel approaches Brody in NYADA and hands him a wad of money before asking him what his going rate is. She yells at him for not being honest with her and Brody basically says that's like the pot calling the kettle black. When he says Finn (Cory Monteith) attacked him and left him with a bruise, he yells back, “Who's the liar now? I know you still love him. And I know you slept with him at that wedding.” Rachel admits that she was only with Brody to heal her own heart and make Finn jealous. She concedes that it's over and they perform a melodramatic duet of Radiohead's 'Creep.'

Sam finds Blaine in the auditorium and admits that he knows that he himself has been Blaine's guilty pleasure all along. Blaine is incredulous that Sam doesn't seem to mind and the friends hug it out.

Rachel walks in on Santana and Kurt watching 'The Facts of Life' and thanks Santana for helping show her the truth about Brody. Since she's the hurt one who is newly single, she decides they should watch the guiltiest pleasure movie musical of all, 'Mamma Mia.' In New York and in the auditorium back in Ohio, the cast performs the title song originally by ABBA.
