Google Zeitgeist 2013 Commercial – What’s the Song?

The Google Zeitgeist commercial is essentially Google's year in review for 2013, with images, videos and sound clips that defined the year on a global level.

One Direction, Daft Punk and Paul Walker are all featured, as are Nelson Mandela, Prince George and more. These are all memorable sign posts and mile markers of the year, accompanied by a warm and fuzzy song that starts out with a piano melody and slowly but surely escalates into an epic, slightly synthy track about the virtues of coming home. What is it?

It's 'Feels Like Coming Home' by British singer Jetta. No, it has nothing to do with the VW vehicle. The song appears on her 'Start a Riot' EP. Jetta is a former backup singer for Cee Lo Green and Paloma Faith, but she is establishing herself in her own right. Having her song featured in a Google commercial is certainly a big deal.
