We're not sure if those two girls in the picture ever made it to Justin Bieber's party, but it looks like it was a really good time. The cameras are too hyper-focused on the 'One Time' singer and his little love interest in stripes to give us a good look at the other patrons, who are hopping all over the place to Bieber's 2009 hit. The party is certainly complete with silly string, confetti and a backyard poolside bash -- for teens, anyway -- but we just hope Usher wasn't too mad at the Biebs when he got home and saw his place wrecked.
