After weeks of speculation, it appears the rumors are, indeed, true: Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are dating.

According to a report from US Weekly, their relationship is still fresh. A rep said, “Gwen and Blake are longtime friends who have very recently started dating.”

Whispers of a possible relationship between the two The Voice judges grew louder when E! News reported that the two were spotted engaging in a PDA-filled weekend recently. But when asked to address the rumors during an interview with Ryan Seacrest, Gwen remained coy: “I’m not going to answer that right now, Ryan. I think I’ve given enough of myself this morning to you. But I think he’s hot, don’t you?”

And while a relationship between the two musicians may come as a surprise to the general public, Shelton’s ex-wife Miranda Lambert kind of saw it coming. A source told E! News, "She was not surprised to hear of the romance between Blake and Gwen. They were always pretty flirty. Miranda and Blake were on the rocks on and off and knew that this could always be a possibility.”

Shelton and Lambert recently split after four years of marriage. The two have reportedly remained good friends, as the source says there’s no ill will between the pair: "Blake is just a flirty kind of charmer. [Miranda] has nothing against Gwen and thinks she is a very talented artist. Whomever Blake is with she wishes them the best.”

Stefani, meanwhile, split from her husband of 13 years, Gavin Rossdale, back in August citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their breakup.

Shelton and Stefani have yet to appear in public together as a couple, but they're rumored to walk the red carpet at tonight's (November 4) CMA Awards.
