Countless YouTube beauty gurus have tried to replicate Gwen Stefani's signature makeup look (often involving a bold red lip and heavily-lined eyes), but soon they'll get the chance to use makeup officially sanctioned by the No Doubt singer herself.

According to Refinery 29, Stefani is teaming up with powerhouse makeup brand Urban Decay for their very first celebrity collaboration.

Urban Decay founder Wende Zomnir says it’s been a dream of hers to work with Stefani for nearly two decades now. She said, "I remember hearing the song 'Just a Girl,' and [Gwen] was on the cover of some local music magazine, and I remember thinking to myself, 'That girl is so cool. It would be really cool to work with her someday.'”

While the two did eventually strike up a friendship after meeting through a mutual friend, it wasn't until years later that everything fell into place for the collaboration to take place. Zomnir said, “It took 19 years, but it happened.”

The brand unveiled the Stefani collaboration on Instagram, writing, "THIS IS MAJOR! @urbandecaycosmetics teamed up with our girl @gwenstefani on an incredible collab that we can't wait to share with you...DAMN, this is gonna be good."

Details on the collection remain to be seen — whether it’ll feature lipsticks or eyeshadows more heavily, or if it’ll just be an all-encompassing makeup line. But we'll find out in three months, as it’s set to hit stores this upcoming December.
