Hanson Party Celebrate the Release of New Album ‘Anthem’ in New York [Pics]

The Hanson brothers have come a long way since their ‘MmmBop’ days, with nine studio albums under their belt and well over 15 years of creating music together. The band rocked New York City’s Irving Plaza last night for the release of their latest disc ‘Anthem,’ which boasts the catchy single 'Get the Girl Back' and the funk sounding 'I've Got Soul.'

Guitarist Issac Hanson gave the crowd some serious solos during their performance of ‘Fired Up.’

The youngest brother Zac Hanson showed his skills behind the drum get as he kept the beat throughout the set.

The trio played their entire new album ‘Anthem’ in full, including their debut single off the record ‘Get the Girl Back.’

They also played fan favorites such as ‘Give a Little,’ ‘Penny & Me,’ and of course ‘MmmBop.’

Taylor Hanson also jammed out on the piano and got the zealous crowd to sing along to their favorite tunes, both old and new.

The energy was evident throughout the night!
