Hanson Enlist Questlove, RAC to Remix ‘Give a Little’ Single

Hanson's latest single 'Give a Little' is an infectious pop-rock song. It's also an R&B slow jam and a synth-laden pop tune, thanks to remixes by Questlove and the Remix Art Collective.

The RAC mix keeps the pop spirit of the song but replaces the guitars and horns with synths that give the song an '80s feel. Questlove completely transforms the track into a soulful tune that sounds less like Hanson and more like his own band, the Roots.

The remixes by Questlove and RAC are part of the Hanson Give a Little Remix Challenge, sponsored by SoundCloud.

Says Taylor Hanson, "The idea with the remix challenge is to open up our music to other talented producers' and mixers' styles, and hopefully create a platform to connect our music to theirs and draw attention to their craft."

The original version of 'Give a Little' appears on Hanson's 2010 album 'Shout it Out.'
