Hilary Duff’s Reps Taking Action Against Alleged Leaked Pics, Say They’re Fake

The celebrity photo hacking scandal continues, and this time, Hilary Duff is the latest victim. But according to Duff's reps, she is a victim of fake photos being falsely attributed to her.

According to TMZ, on Friday, Sept. 5, graphic photos supposedly of Duff's body parts (not showing her face) were circulated on the same sites that leaked photos of Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and a dozen other celebrities last week. While some photos taken from the private collections of celebrities have revealed to be real, others have been debunked as being fake.

The site reports that Duff's reps have submitted the alleged pics of Duff to the FBI, who are already conducting an investigation into the ring of celebrity hackers, but also say that the photos are not of Duff. Duff reportedly has certain birthmarks and tattoos that are missing from the supposed photos of her.

Her reps are also reportedly taking legal action against any site that states that the pictures are of Duff.
