Hilary Duff took a break from giving us the details on her Tinder adventures to share a sneak peak of her new video for "Sparks" on her Instagram.

The 15-second clip is tantalizingly short, but explains why the singer has been rocking different hair hues for the past few weeks. The video is an explosion of color, showing Hilary dancing around in pink and blue rooms.

The video's fun theme totally relates back to the carefree vibe of the song. It visually captures the happy-go-lucky feeling of falling head-over-heels for someone.

"You can promise castle, treasures, babies / I don't care / Cause right now you're just enough for me / I want you near," she sings. "Like a fairy tale to feel your breath right on my neck / You remember what I love so baby take me back."

The song will be included on Hilary's yet-untitled upcoming album. Fans have eagerly anticipated new music since the singer dropped "Chasing the Sun" last July. She followed up the sun-drenched track with the folksy "All About You," which promptly became our Fall 2014 jam.

While the album looks to be headed in a dancier direction, we're extra excited because Hilary worked with Tove Lo on the project. We are 100 percent ready to hear the album (and, you know, see the "Sparks" music video) whenever Hilary is ready to drop it.

You can check out the colorful "Sparks" teaser in the video above!
