‘Honey Boo Boo’ Star Mama June Allegedly Dating Convicted Child Molester

In disturbing news being reported all over the web today, it looks like Mama June -- of TLC reality show 'Honey Boo Boo' fame -- may be seeing someone new. The disturbing part? Her rumored boyfriend is convicted child molester Mark McDaniel.

A photo released by TMZ shows the pair in bed together, and was allegedly taken a few weeks ago when they were hanging out with a group of people in a hotel room. According to TMZ, the two have been dating in private for months now, with Mama June covertly leaving the set of 'Honey Boo Boo' to see him.

TLC addressed rumors of the alleged romance earlier today (Oct. 23), saying: "TLC is not currently in production on 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.'  We are very concerned about this new information and are reassessing the future of the series." (Quote via TMZ.)

McDaniel was convicted in 2004 of molesting an eight-year-old child who is reportedly a relative of June's.
