You have to admire Iggy Azalea's candor. While most celebrities would vehemently deny reports that they've had plastic surgery, Iggy offered up the truth about her time spent under the knife.

In a new sit-down interview with Vogue, the Australian rapper opened up about her childhood, her fashion tastes and her famously curvy body — which, she admits, she made even curvier a few months ago.

When the interviewer asked the star what she would change about her body, Iggy came right out with it: "I did change something: Four months ago, I got bigger boobs! I’d thought about it my entire life,” she said. She reveals she was simply tired of adding padding to all of her stage costumes.

“I decided I wasn’t into secret-keeping," she said of her decision to come clean about the surgery.

Body talk is nothing new for Iggy. “When I first got to the States, people told me I should think about modeling,” she told the magazine. “So I went to a few agencies, but once they measured my body they didn’t like me anymore… I was looking in the mirror a little differently.”

For the record, Iggy also told the magazine that she's a size 0 or 2 on top thanks to the fact that she has "such a small waist" and a size 6 on her lower half.

We think the "Booty" rapper has always looked fabulous — and the fact that she was so open about her recent change is pretty "Fancy."
