Iggy Azalea Laughs Off Rumors Suggesting She Was Born a Man

Yesterday (Dec. 11) Iggy Azalea took to Twitter to post about that ridiculously fake Demi Lovato fan story, and today she continues to laugh off more rumors -- this time about herself. According to a claim from the website Huzlers, Iggy was originally born a man named Cody.

The website goes on to claim that Iggy revealed the news to an MTV reporter, allegedly saying, "I don’t mind if the whole world finds, I can’t hide it all my life." Of course, MTV went ahead and denied these claims, saying: "We’re MTV, and Iggy never said that to us."

Once Iggy heard about the rumors she quickly took to Twitter, and instead of being outraged and offended she simply laughed them off. We love her positive attitude about the whole situation and the fact that rumors don't really seem to bother her all that much. The thing that offended her the most? The suggestion that she was originally named Cody. Check out her tweets below!

It's important to note that the website where the story originated does have a disclaimer at the bottom of its page that says: "Huzlers.com is a combination of real shocking news and satire news to keep its visitors in a state of disbelief." So, there you have it. Another day, another fake story.
