It's Justin Bieber's tattoo! The pop star is turning into quite the ink enthusiast with a whole slew of tattoos including this cute little owl on his forearm. Most recently, Biebs got an Indian chief inked on his shoulder and added a bed of roses to the praying hands tattoo he already had.

At the rate he's going, Justin will be totally covered in tattoos by the time he's 25!
