PopCrush and Beluga Heights (Warner Bros.) are giving away an iPad 2 personalized by 'Replay' hitmaker IYAZ. All you have to do to get a "shout out" from IYAZ and a brand new iPad is send a tweet to IYAZ including a link to a video of you explaining (in no more then 30 seconds) why you should be IYAZ's pretty girl. (Important tip: It cannot include any type of reference to physical beauty.)

The winner will receive an Apple iPad 2 with Wi-Fi that will include a personal video message from IYAZ himself!

Here’s how to register to win: Upload a video onto YouTube under the requirements addressed above. Then send a tweet to IYAZ at @BelugaheightsTV. Make sure to include the hashtags #IyazPrettyGirls #BHTV #Iyazlive #PopCrush. The video must be under 30 seconds, directed to the Beluga Heights twitter account, and include all 3 hashtags to be eligible. We will judge the entries based on the most creative answer and most entertaining presentation.

All tweeted entries must be submitted by 11:59PM ET on Sunday, Aug. 7 in order to be counted as an official submission for the contest. Be sure to click here for official contest rules before turning in your entry, and download 'Pretty Girls' from iTunes!
