'American Idol' alum James Durbin has a track featured on the new EP 'Official Gameday NFL Music Vol. 2.' Titled 'Stand Up,' the song is one of the first opportunities for fans to hear the direction Durbin plans to go with his post-'Idol' music.

Scorching rock riffs power the song, which features Durbin showing off the voice that carried him throughout his 'Idol' run. He sings, "It’s time to see you stand up / Let me see your hands up / Want to hear you shout it out / Tell me that you’re ready to go."

'Stand Up' is one of five songs on the two volumes of the NFL Gameday EP. Jordin Sparks also appears on the record with a song called 'You Gotta Want It.'

Durbin had a successful run on Season 10 of 'Idol,' reaching the final four. He earned a contract with Wind-Up Records, home of Evanescence and Creed, and has been prepping his debut album, with a release planned for November of this year.
