Break out the tissues, because this video will hurt your heart and make you realize the power of the human spirit at the same time. Jason Derulo, Jason Mraz, Sara Bareilles and many more lent their time, their voices and their faces to a montage video for 'Clouds,' a song penned by a terminal cancer patient.

Zach Sobiech, 17, suffers from osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer that claims the lives of a large percent of its childhood victims. With only months left to live, Sobiech wrote a song called 'Clouds,' a sweet indie pop track, as a way to say goodbye to his friends and family. We know, we got choked up at that thought, too.

The song circulated virally online, touching the hearts of millions.

This accompanying video is filled with celebs and helps to raise awareness to increase support in finding a cure.

Other pop stars who filmed themselves singing the lyrics in this video include Colbie Caillat, Andy Grammer, the Lumineers, Paul McDonald and Phililp Phillips.

Mraz closes the video by saying how much he loves the song and how pleased he was to be able to single it.
