When Jennifer Lawrence stopped by 'Jimmy Fallon' last week, she had a bone to pick with the host. Yelling that Fallon "made me look like a freak in front of J. Lo!" Lawrence revealed that the two planned a choreographed move to ask Jennifer Lopez to dance at a party, but Fallon ditched her, leaving J. Law alone to ask Lopez by herself. Lawrence revealed that Lopez politely declined the offer, but the 'American Idol' judge recently spoke with Access Hollywood to clarify her response.

“This is how I remember it: I remember that we were at the Met Ball and Kanye [West] was about to perform and it was like a crazy moment,” J. Lo revealed on the 2014 Billboard Music Awards red carpet. “And then they came over, Jimmy Fallon, he started talking and I was with Benny [Medina] and Beau [Casper Smart] and then [Jennifer Lawrence] came over too. It was like they were a little group."

“And then she was like, ‘Let’s go dance,’ and I was like, ‘No, I’m good right here,’” Lopez explained. “But I didn’t mean it like ‘I don’t want to dance with you.’ I just meant like, it’s so crowded in here let’s stay right here.”

In fact, Lopez not only wanted to dance with the 'Hunger Games' star, she would have loved to do so.

“Absolutely," she said when asked if she wanted to dance with Lawrence. "Come on! That would’ve been so sweet!" Watch J. Lo's response below.
