Watch the Trailer for Jennifer Lopez’s Sexy Thriller ‘The Boy Next Door’ [VIDEO]

After releasing a steamy teaser for the 'Booty' music video featuring Iggy Azalea, Jennifer Lopez continues to show that age is just a number, as proven once again in the trailer for her new film, 'The Boy Next Door.'

The 45-year-old singer and 'American Idol' judge stars in 'The Boy Next Door,' where she plays a high school teacher, mom and housewife who finds her marriage crumbling apart as the result of her husband's affair. She meets a young man named Noah (Ryan Guzman) who moves in next door and befriends her son. After succumbing to his advances, she finds herself the target of his obsessions, as he begins to terrorize her life and her family.

The movie is directed by Rob Cohen ('The Fast and the Furious,' 'xXx') and is set to open January 23, 2015 from Universal Pictures. The film also co-stars Kristin Chenoweth, John Corbett and Bailey Chase.
