Justin Bieber is finally leaving South Beach and heading home to Los Angeles after what's been, at best, a tumultuous stay in Miami. And rumor has it Biebs isn't looking forward to landing.

TMZ reports that Bieber was so mobbed by fans and paparazzi when he was leaving his rented mansion on Friday night that he had to leave through the back.

A private jet was waiting for Bieber all day Thursday to take him back to the West Coast, but sources say Biebs avoided it at all costs because he doesn't want to face his team -- especially his manager, Scooter Braun.

A source told the Daily Mail, "A private plane was on standby all day on Thursday. It was really disappointing that he never got on it. Justin needs to get help now."

The source added that Bieber's team can't even get him to acknowledge that he has a problem. "They want him to get help and he doesn't want to get help so Justin is just avoiding his entire team. He's being defiant and not listening. His team is insisting he go to rehab and he's not doing it," the source said. "He just keeps partying ... Justin's manager Scooter has been trying to get Justin help for the past two weeks, but no-one's helping," the source continued. "Of course people care about Justin, but we are in a very difficult situation."

And apparently the people Bieber's been surrounding himself with aren't helping. The insider revealed, "He is really not communicating with anyone besides his dad and his rapper friends."

Insiders say Bieber's father isn't a great influence on him, either. The source said, "It's fair to say Jeremy is not a great influence -- he certainly enjoys and takes advantage of his son's money and lifestyle."

Additional sources told Radar Online that Jeremy Bieber is bad news.

“[Jeremy] was absent for most of Justin’s childhood, and has only been a presence his life in the past several years after the singer catapulted to super stardom,” a source dished. “Jeremy loves the lifestyle his son leads, private jets, exotic cars and over the top vacations. Justin had been financially supporting Jeremy for several years. Jeremy treats Justin as a friend, a peer, instead of as his son, they’re buddies.”

As a result, Braun doesn't see eye to eye with Papa Biebs. “It’s absolutely no secret that Justin’s manager, Scooter Braun, and Jeremy don’t get along. Scooter has been the father figure in Justin’s life, and then all of a sudden, Jeremy pops back on the scene … look at all the chaos in Justin’s life,” the source said.

“Scooter is the voice of reason, and tells him stuff Justin doesn’t want to hear, and Jeremy is the opposite.”

Of course, there's a chance that Bieber is innocent in his drag race case, especially considering errors in the police report. But if he needs help, we sure hope he gets it soon.
