Jessica Simpson is well into her newly announced pregnancy with her first child with fiance, Eric Johnson. The new mom-to-be has a new glow these days, and now that the cat is out of the bag, she is excited to openly talk about her pregnancy in true Jessica Simpson style!

During a recent visit to the set of the 'Rachael Ray Show,' Simpson couldn't help but talk food with the famed cook, including her latest cravings. "This week it's peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, toasted," Simpson says in the episode set to air next week [quotes via Us Weekly]. "And then, I'll put some salt on my hand like I'm taking a tequila shot, and then take a bite of the sandwich."

And along with unpredictable cravings comes unpredictable mood swings. "That's the one thing about pregnancy -- I'll cry at the drop of a hat," she said. "Even a great souffle would make me cry."

Simpson says that being pregnant is something she "really loves," even if it means putting her forthcoming wedding on hold for now.

"I felt [the baby] move the other day for the first time, and I had big crocodile tears," she beamed during the interview. "It was the coolest thing ever. It did a flip or something. I was like, 'There it went. It's there. It's really there.'"

While she hasn't found out the gender of her unborn baby, Simpson and Johnson both have their predictions, as does her 3-year-old nephew Bronx (son of Simpson's sister, Ashlee, and ex-husband, Pete Wentz). "He rubs my belly. He has guesses," Simpson said of her nephew. "He said he wants it to be a girl ... He thinks it's going to be a girl."

Simpson's appearance on the 'Rachael Ray Show' is set to air on Monday, December 12. Click here to see when the show airs in your area.
