Why does the U.K. always get the hottest new acts first? From One Direction to Ed Sheeran to the Saturdays, many of today's stars exploded overseas before they arrived here in America. The latest example is singer-songwriter Jessie Ware, who appeared on 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon' last night after a year of racking up hits in England.

The song came alive with the drumming of Questlove, and Ware showed off the vocals that made her one of PopCrush's 13 Artists to Watch in 2013.

Her debut album 'Devotion' drops in April, but fans who don't want to wait until then can pick up her EP 'If You're Never Gonna Move' on iTunes now.
