Congratulations are in order for comedian and talk-show host Jimmy Fallon and his wife, producer Nancy Juvonen! According to PEOPLE, the couple welcomed home their newborn baby girl today (Dec. 3), adding another daughter to their household!

In a statement about their baby's birth to PEOPLE, the couple reveals her name, time of birth and weight, saying: "Frances Cole Fallon officially entered the world at 8:45 a.m. on Dec. 3, weighing 5 lbs., 11 oz. and is 18.5 inches long." It goes on to say: "Their new addition joins big sister, Winnie Rose. The couple opted to keep their baby joy to themselves until their new daughter made her official debut. Both Fallon babies were born via surrogate.”

The couple welcomed their first daughter, Winnie Rose, to the family in 2013, and Jimmy gushed to PEOPLE about their baby: "This has been the craziest year of my life. But being a father is the most exciting, amazing thing that ever happened to me. And everything’s going well on the show. My life has never been this cool." Too cute!

Aww! We wish the happy family all the best, and hope the Fallon parents can get as much sleep as possible, though we're sure it'll be tough with two babies at home!
