Need news that will suppress your appetite? We've got you covered!

Joe Jonas and girlfriend Blanda Eggenschwiler may have a sex tape. And it may be really, really bonkers. Young and/or sensitive PopCrushers, proceed at your own risk!

Blind Gossip reports that Jonas, 23, and Eggenschwiler, 28, were not just doing the nasty -- but doing some really nasty things, including smoking (both cigarettes and pot), heavy drinking and even explicit BDSM activities. And the site reports that that's only the tip of the iceberg in terms of Jonas' bad behavior.

(We're too classy to go into that much detail. If you want all the NSFW goodness -- or badness, as it were -- find it here.)

Sources told the site, "He is very depressed about his career and that his drug and alcohol use has spiraled out of control. They are most concerned about his frequent use of hard drugs and his close association with people who use cocaine and heroin. They say that he has lost almost 20 pounds over the past couple of months and attribute it to his drug use," the tips revealed. "They also report that his substance abuse has increased significantly in both quantity and frequency since he began dating Eggenschwiler in 2012."

Yikes! Sounds like this gal isn't the best influence on Jonas, who once boasted a purity ring.

Eggenschwiler is rumored to be in talks with a tape distributor to get 35 percent of its profits. It's set to be released April 3, though Blind Gossip reports that since details leaked to the media, it may come out a lot sooner than expected. While Jonas was a willing participant in recording the tape, it's unclear whether he planned or knew of its distribution.

The Swiss beauty reportedly wants to get famous “like Kim Kardashian" -- and like Kanye West's boo, she plans on denying being behind the leak.

Time will tell if this is true or not, but for the sake of our eyes and Jonas' health and sanity, we really, really hope it isn't. Regardless, we bet Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato are off somewhere giggling.

Probably not the best PR for the band. Come on now, Joe!

UPDATE: Jonas' PR rep denies the entire story, and he tweeted his own incredulity at the whole thing:
