John Stamos Pays Tribute to His Late Mother [PHOTO]

John Stamos' mother, Loretta Stamos, passed away this week, the actor shared in a moving photo on Instagram.

The actor chose to honor his late mother by posting a vintage photo of the two of them from when Stamos was just a toddler. To add to the poignancy of the picture, Stamos wrote a loving and heartfelt tribute to his mom in the caption.

"The love of my life passed away yesterday in her home surrounded by her children and grandchildren," the 'Full House' star wrote. "My mother had enough love to fuel a small country. She was truly one of a kind and will live forever in the hearts of all who knew her."

He also added a fond and significant memory he shared with his mom that happened just recently.

"A few weeks ago, I asked my mom if she remembered an inconsequential event -- she simply replied, 'I only remember the love,'" Stamos wrote. "#Brokenhearted #Iloveyouthemost."
