Jonathan Freeman is the man who voiced Jafar in the 1992 animated Disney classic Aladdin. As Nerdist highlights, Freeman has never lost sight of the villain to whom he owes his fame since the film was released over two decades ago. He's since lent his voice to the straight-to-VHS sequel Aladdin 2: Return of Jafar, as well as to the incredible video game series Kingdom Hearts, where Jafar is but one of the many villains the hero must defeat to restore balance to his world. He also currently plays Jafar in the original Broadway musical rendition of Aladdin.

If all of Freeman's acting work wasn't enough to restore our faith in show business, this Disney "Villains Medley" he recently recorded with Disney Sessions—courtesy of the YouTube channel Oh My Disney—sure has. The medley includes bits from some of the biggest villains in Disney's repertoire: Ursula from The Little Mermaid ("Poor Unfortunate Souls"), Cruella De Ville from 101 Dalmatians (her theme song), Oogie Boogie from The Nightmare Before Christmas (his theme song) and of course, Jafar himself.

Freeman's ability to seamlessly weave all of these villains' songs and personalities into one medley proves two very important things: Show business isn't totally dead inside, and Disney's villains are the best.
