Justin Bieber captioned this photo with, "Keep it clean haha." Apparently in terms of what we're assuming are public toilets, Bieber chooses to cover, not hover.

Before you get on the guy for TMI, keep in mind that literally everything he does comes under scrutiny anyway ... yes, even that.

Considering a huge deal -- and video -- was made of Bieber merely exiting a bathroom at the NRJ Music Awards, he's sort of asking for it with things like this, isn't he? Still, we have to admire how down to earth he is. While he's usually known for No. 1 hits, based on this photo, he's clearly also familiar with No. 2.
