Justin Bieber will return to court regarding his controversial DUI and drag racing charges on a very special day – Valentine's Day. Let's hope the judge has a little love for The Biebs.

On Feb. 14, the singer will be arraigned on charges of DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license. Here is what happens at an arraignment: Prosecutors formally file charges and then a plea is entered. His lawyer may be able to enter the plea in writing and the singer may not be required to attend, reports TIME. Its T to the B to the D.

Egg Gate may have been simmering on the back burner, but it's coming the forefront, due to the fact that the singer is reportedly thinking of selling the Calabasas home that has been a headline-grabbing headache for him. The egg incident and the subsequent raid were enough to get his gears turning and thinking about moving out of the neighborhood.

He battled with former NFL'er Keyshawn Johnson, who sold his crib to Kourtney Kardashian, all last summer. His issues with the egg neighbor are ongoing. Remember, The Biebs allegedly spat at said neighbor.

Maybe he will return to his native Canada, which'd make petitioners happy. It begs the question. Where will his bro Lil Za, who seems to squat at these digs and was arrested in the raid, go if The Biebs sells?
