No. 1: Justin Bieber Fan Tattoos

This one might be the mother of all Bieber tattoos -- that is, unless we missed someone who has his entire face tatted across their back, or something else completely over-the-top.

This young lady named Sarah is a Belieber from across the pond, and in order to score tickets to the MTV Europe Music Awards, she got the opening lyrics to 'Baby' tattooed across her thigh. A Justin Bieber impersonator then signed a fake autograph on it, which was also inked on her leg.

While it's not the most outrageous celebrity-praising tattoo we've seen (we're looking at you, Twi-hards), having "oh woooooah" tattooed on your body seems a bit strange to us. However, Sarah was totally stoked on it, as you can see from this video, so more power to her!
