Justin Bieber Totally Looked Like ‘Hey Arnold!’ on ‘Ellen’ [PHOTO]

That long, red plaid shirt. Blue baseball cap. Tufts of long blonde hair. There's no doubt about it: When Justin Bieber stopped by 'Ellen' this week, he totally looked like he raided the closet of Arnold from 'Hey Arnold!' (Good thing he didn't peek into Helga's.)

And in addition to channeling the Nicktoon character's wardrobe, it looks like Justin also adopted the football-headed kid's "do good" attitude on the show, opening up about his emotional apology video.

"That’s why I just wanted to make the video,” the Biebs explained. “To just let people know that I’m human. I love people. I love love. I’m passionate about things. And I’m passionate about being better and growing. I think that this is gonna be an awesome chapter in my life, and I’m so glad that I have you guys supporting me."

If that doesn't scream "Arnold" -- what is his last name? -- we don't know what does.
