The folks over at have released their annual 'Celebs Gone Good' Top 20 list and it's full of A-listers like Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato. Of course Lady Gaga tops the list for the second year in a row, while the Biebs pole vaulted to the No. 2 spot, up from No. 10 in 2010. The top 3 is rounded out by actor George Clooney.

In 2011, Gaga launched the Born This Way Foundation with her mother, Cynthia Germanotta. The songstress always referenced her little monsters struggling with the epidemic of bullying in her interviews, at her concerts and at the White House, as well.

The Biebs also did his part in 2011. He continued his work with Pencils of Promise, which built 41 schools in underprivileged areas and also donated some of the proceeds from 'Under the Mistletoe' to charity when he wasn't giving a lump sum of cash to food banks in his native Ontario. Clearly, Gaga and Bieber are neck and neck on the list.

The Top 20 list also includes Shakira, Nick Cannon, Lea Michele, Miley Cyrus and many other philanthropic celebrities.
