Justin Bieber's mother Pattie Mallette, who any self-respecting Belieber knows raised him as a single mom who never even remotely considered the possibility of abortion, is working overtime to get 'Crescendo,' the pro-life short film she executive produced, into theaters. She is promoting the upcoming screenings as fundraising opportunities for pregnancy centers.

The trailer, which shows the film to be a visually astounding period piece, is just under a minute but demonstrates the artful nature of the message-driven film.

The film will screen at 100 locations on Feb. 28, which is the day before the Biebs' 19th birthday. Is that a happy accident? The proceeds from the screenings will be donated to women and children in need through somewhat controversial crisis pregnancy centers.

The goal of 'Crescendo' is to "encourage young women all over the world, just like me, to let them know that there is a place to go, people who will take care of you and a safe home to live in if you are pregnant and think you have nowhere else to turn," according to Mallette.

The Biebs is a mama's boy. On Mother's Day 2011, he released the charity song 'Turn to You,' which was about his mother and which benefited single mothers enduring the same plight.

She shared a trailer for a fundraising event, which you can view below.
