Justin Bieber has provided more questions than answers for his ever-loyal Beliebers in recent time when it comes to new music: Where Are Ü Now? What Do You Mean?

But now, some much-appreciated clarity: According to Billboard, the "As Long As You Love Me" singer will unveil his fourth studio album — the follow-up to 2012's Believe (2013's Journals is considered a compilation album as opposed to a studio album) — on November 13. (Note: The album release date has not yet been confirmed by Team Bieber.)

The record will reportedly include upcoming end-of-summer single "What Do You Mean?", which will debut on August 28, and has been slowly teased through a series of celebrity Instagram countdown cameos. The Jason “Pooh Bear” Boyd-produced song is about how girls are "often flip-floppy," according to a recent Ryan Seacrest radio interview with the Biebs.

Bieber's last Hot 100 hit was with "Confident" in 2013 with Chance The Rapper, which just missed the Top 40, landing at No. 41.

With any luck, the album will also serve as a chart comeback for the controversy-addled singer, who went on an unofficial "apology tour" of sorts earlier this year, including several humbled appearances on The Ellen Show and a seemingly sincere apology for his bad behavior at his Comedy Central Roast. (He did, however, still choose to Instagram his butt — but no one was mad about it.)
