Ever since it was first announced that both X Factor UK finalists-turned-global phenomenons One Direction and Canadian singer-songwriter/international heartthrob Justin Bieber would be releasing their brand new records on the same day, there's been a distinct, erm...competitive tension between the two acts and their fanbases.

At long last, the day (Nov. 13) has arrived: Bieber's Purpose and 1D's Made In The A.M. are both readily available for your streaming and downloading delight.

Purpose offers a more introspective side of the superstar, as he reflects on the downfalls of fame and finds solace in his faith — and some crushing dance floor beats. Made In The A.M., on the other hand, sees the 1D troupe soldiering onward without one of their core members for the first time before their hiatus, sticking to their brand of hi-octane arena pop-rock and sweet, swoon-worthy melodies.

Both albums have their own highlights, but the question remains: Which of the two albums is the best? Beliebers, Directioners — we're calling on you to decide.

Place your vote below. We'll announce the winner right here on Monday, November 16 at 5 PM ET. Go, go, go!
