Ex-NFL star Keyshawn Johnson ain't buying the suggestion that Justin Bieber is being framed and was not driving his Ferrari recklessly and dangerously down neighborhood streets in Southern California last week.

He also doesn't believe Tyler, the Creator's story. Johnson flat out says he saw The Biebs in the driver's seat and knows it was him, based on the color of this skin.

Johnson, who is clearly fed up with the hounding he's dealing with as a result of chasing down The Biebs when he witnessed the teen driving irresponsibly, barked, "I am tired of y'all chasing me around, bothering me, inconveniencing me with Justin Bieber questions. At the end of the day, he is 19-years-old. He is speeding through a residential neighborhood. One of the things that we do, as whatever you want to call us, celebrities, we try to get behind gates so we can enjoy our family, enjoy our lifestyle."

He continued, "But you got a 19-year-old kid, feeling entitled, speeding up and down the highway. That's why all the neighbors are mad. Then you got him spitting on people in the neighborhood. That's not the way it's supposed to be... You've gotta bunch of handlers, kissing your a--."

When asked if he physically saw the singer operating the vehicle unsafely, he said, "Look man, I know the difference between a black kid driving a car and a white kid driving a car. I got biracial kids. My girlfriend is white. I know the difference. I got a chance to see him driving the car. Let's put it that way. He was sitting in the driver's seat."

He then shot down the idea that there was a Chinese fire drill or switcheroo, and is clearly hot about the situation. The Biebs' relationships with his neighbors are a powder keg right now. He better start baking some pies and making baked peace offerings. And we don't mean baked in that way. Too bad the baking queen known as Taylor Swift doesn't dig him anymore or she could share recipes with him so he could win over the neighbors.

Johnson just wants to be left alone and to keep his kid's safe, which is the right of every good father. He said, "One thing that he does not have to do is answer to me. He has to answer to the DA's office." He then explained that his goal is to protect his kids from someone behaving dangerously, so that they, too, can see the age of 19, just like Biebs has.

This is getting uglier by the minute...
