Justin Bieber is sorry...soooooo sorry!

The teen, who went on a rant about rehab, his critics in the media and Lindsay Lohan's tax problems, since, you know, all those things are related, has backpedaled and apologized to the beleaguered onetime actress, who is now more notorious for her off screen antics than on.

At the end of his rant, he asked to stop being compared to La Lohan, and suggested people check her tax records, intimating that there is a chasm of income between the two of them and that they aren't on the same plane or playing field.

But apparently, The Biebs said it in the heat of the moment and is taking it back. "My post was only up for a few minutes but I realized right away that what I said at the end was wrong and distracted from what I was trying to say," The Biebs told TMZ. "I immediately deleted it and rewrote it so it would show what I was really feeling and those words are up now."

By rewriting it, he meant that the La Lohan comments were removed.

For her part, the "actress" was insulted by his comments and isn't accepting his apology so readily. She has suggested that karma will come back to haunt him for his words. So now The Biebs is in karmic debt to Lohan, which is priceless.

Sources told TMZ that Li Lo felt the comments were "senseless and mean" and that she never beefed with him, so she is flabbergasted as to why he took aim at her in a public platform.

Lohan got into it similarly with Pitbull, suing him for referencing her problems in his hit 'Give Me Everything,' where he sings "I've got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan." She felt such lyrical commentary ruined her reputation. We know, we stifled our laughter, too. As if a song lyric could damage her already in-the-toilet rep! We sorta thought it was the biggest piece of publicity she got in years and she owed Pit a "thank you!"

The case was eventually dismissed.

But back to The Biebs. Fans have shown their support to their hero, posting the video below.
