It's been about 24 hours since Justin Bieber walked off the set of a Spanish radio interview for reasons that remain largely unclear, and he's already stormed off stage again, this time during a television performance in Oslo that was filmed in front of an audience.

According to TMZ, a fan spilled something on stage, so Justin grabbed a rag to mop it up. He repeatedly asked fans to back away from the area, saying, “Guys, yo! Listen to me! Are you listening!? Okay, I’m trying to wipe the floor, give me a second, yo.”

It looks like fans persisted in grabbing the cloth he was trying to clean up with, which set Justin off. He walked away, saying, “Guys, never mind, I’m done. I'm not doing the show.”

Fans reportedly stuck around singing his 2010 hit song "Baby," hoping for Justin to come back, but he posted an apology to Instagram instead.

Indicating that a hectic schedule and lack of sleep contributed to his actions, Justin wrote:

Sadly it's Been a rough week for me, long days no sleep, while having to be "on" as they would say for cameras fans etc. In no way did I mean to come across mean, but chose to end the show as the people in the front row would not listen. Hopefully people will understand where I am coming from. I don't always handle things the right way but I'm human and I'm working on getting better at responding not reacting. Unfortunately people were affected by this as am I. For the people in the back I am so sorry and for anyone I may have disappointed im sorry. Sorry for wasting the tv people's time I'll be sure to make it up to you next time on tour.. With love Justin.
