While Justin Bieber just removed one of his legal headaches -- he settled with a former bodyguard who was suing him for assault and overtime wages — he still has a bunch of headaches to sort out related to Egg Gate, the Miami arrest and the Canadian assault. As a result, the Canadian singer will be targeted by U.S. Customs officials whenever he returns to the country.

The Biebs dealt with a holdup last week when his flight from Canada to New Jersey for the Super Bowl was searched. He was grilled for hours before he was allowed to go on his merry way.

According to TMZ, he is on one of Homeland Security's watch lists. He can expect to be flagged and deal with the same treatment -- lots of questions and a heavy duty search -- anytime he leaves and then re-enters the U.S. Ugh!

Even worse, getting off these watch lists is next to impossible. He can appeal to the powers that be at Homeland Security but they may turn a deaf ear. With his mounting legal troubles, it's doubtful he'll be able to steer clear of Homeland Security moving forward.

Traveling is already a stressful endeavor, but the The Biebs will deal with another layer of stress added to the process, so he might want to think about staying put when he can.

However, a source close to Bieber said he is not stressed about being hassled and doesn't really care. "He's gonna do what he wants to do," an insider said.

Oh Biebs ...
