Perhaps in a move to take some attention away from the Biebs' rampant media issues and personal problems as of late, as well as to call attention to his upcoming solo joint, will dropped '#thatPOWER,' his dance-heavy new track, featuring the Biebs all sorts of Auto-tuned, singing, "I'm alive, I'm alive, I'm alive" over and over again.

Given the fact that 'Scream & Shout,' will's collabo with Britney Spears, is a smash hit, maybe the Biebs will get a much-needed shot in the arm of positivity from this track spreading virally online. He needs something to shake all this negative press that's coming from his bratty Euro antics. What better way to turn the attention back to his music than a scorching hot collabo with a Black Eyed Pea?

The song emphasizes rising above the people, situations, circumstances and things that try and take you out -- you know, that which doesn't kill you makes you stronger -- and loving every second of the life that you've been blessed to live.

It's certainly a club banger.
