Justin Bieber Won’t Be Charged in Supposed Fan Attack Case
Justin Bieber has one less thing to worry about.
TMZ reports that the pop star won't be charged with supposedly attacking a fan at a Dave & Busters in late August because security camera footage at the venue never showed Bieber actually touching the man.
On Aug. 25, a fan claimed that Bieber lunged at him after he started taking snapshots on his cell phone of Bieber and Selena Gomez enjoying a night out at the adult arcade. According to the security camera footage, Bieber did try to go after the guy but never touched him because Bieber's security guards got in the way, and held back the 20-year-old singer from actually doing any harm or damage.
This would be good news for Bieber, who is still on probation for throwing eggs at a neighbor's house. His arrest in Canada in early September, however, is still under investigation and could possibly have an impact on his probation in the United States as well.
