Justin Timberlake and Timbaland have been writing hits together for years and have recorded at least 15 Top 10 singles, many of them hitting No. 1 status, on the Hot 100 chart since they began collaborating nearly two decades ago.

This week, the duo can add one more No. 1 smash to their portfolio. Only, neither of their names are listed on it.

As Forbes points out, Halsey interpolated Timberlake's "Cry Me A River," on her latest single "Without Me," which just so happened to top the charts this week. "You don't have to say just what you did/ I already know (I know)/ I had to go and find out from them," she sings on the song's bridge, twisting the words of the original to fit her song's needs. At the time, the 24-year-old took to Twitter to explain that she had not directly sampled the song in her own. Even so, Timberlake and Timbaland are listed as co-writers on "Without Me."

Oddly enough, "Cry Me A River" never did end up making it to No. 1 when it was released in 2003. It peaked at No. 3. But thanks to Halsey, Timberlake and Timbaland will reap the benefits of yet another No. 1 single.
