The Kardashians have reportedly filed legal documents against Blac Chyna in an attempt to block her from trademarking the family name.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney want Chyna to surrender use of the name Angela Renee Kardashian, according to TMZ. The sisters claim if Chyna is granted the trademark it’ll cause them to “suffer damage including irreperable injury to their reputation and goodwill.” They also allege Chyna is “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” of their name.

The reality star — whose birth name is Angela Renee White --  initially filed to trademark her name back in May, hoping to use the moniker when engaging in “entertainment services, television and movie appearances, living as a ‘social media celebrity’ and party hosting,” according to an earlier report from TMZ.

Chyna, meanwhile, is still planning her wedding to Rob Kardashian. The pair are reportedly looking to film the event for a future television special, according to TMZ, though no date has yet been set.

But if you’re itching to get your Rob & Chyna fix sooner rather than later, fear not: A special documenting the birth of their baby Dream -- gory details and all! -- is reportedly on the way.
