Ouch! During a recent rehearsal for reality show 'Dancing With The Stars' dancer Karina Smirnoff was injured so badly she had to be taken to the hospital.

A video obtained by TMZ shows the Ukrainian-born professional dancer being lifted onto a stretcher by two EMTs as a crowd cheers for her in the background. Once she's carted off set and the EMTs lift her into the ambulance, she can be seen wincing in pain and gripping her right wrist -- which is already bandaged and set with an ice pack.  An attempt to wave at the camera has an EMT scolding Smirnoff saying, "Don't move your hand."

Thankfully, sources over at 'Dancing With the Stars' tell TMZ that x-rays show she didn't break anything, so hopefully it's nothing more than a (very painful!) sprain. Although she and her partner Randy Couture were already voted off the show, Smirnoff still performs every week.

She later posted a photo of herself in the hospital to her Instagram account, captioning it, "So sad I'm not able to perform tonight on the show. Got hurt yesterday rehearsing. Now, some TLC and I'll be back stronger then [sic] ever!"  Check out the photo she posted below:

We wish you a speedy recovery and hope to see you back on the show next week, Karina!
