On Thursday (June 15), a judge granted Karrueche Tran a five year restraining order against the model and TV personality's ex, Chris Brown.

According to court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight, Brown is ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Tran, her home, place of work and vehicle, and he is not to contact her, "destroy personal property" or "impersonate or block her movements."

Brown is also reportedly ordered to attend a 52-week batterer intervention program due to his violent history of domestic abuse.

Tran was awarded a temporary restraining order back in February, after claiming that Brown punched her in the stomach and pushed her down a flight of stairs "two years ago," and then threatened to kill her after their breakup.

"He said if no one else can have me, then he's gonna 'take me out,'" Tran claimed in court papers. "I have text messages from December 2016 to January 2017, where he's made several threats, including beating me up and making my life hell."
