Days after posting a bogus 'new' track on Twitter, Katy Perry let us in on some real details about what's going down with her 2015 Super Bowl performance. During a press conference today (Jan. 29), Katy talked about her top-secret performance, and, in typical Katy fashion, injected some event-specific humor into her responses.

When asked who in the NFL she would most like to be set up with, Katy hilariously referenced Marshawn Lynch when she responded, "I'm just here so I won't get fined." In case you're unaware, Marshawn was fined $50,000 for refusing to speak with the press during the 2013 NFL season. So, in a memorable conference he answered every press question he received with "I'm just here so I won't get fined." It was his only response the entire time. You can check out Katy's funny retort in the video posted above.

Katy eventually went on to give us a real answer, talking about a guest performer that's set to join the stage with her. While we already know Lenny Kravitz is also set to perform, Katy was talking about another as-of-yet-unnamed secret guest. She said (quotes via E! News), "I have to keep some surprises for Sunday and I'm very, very excited about this guest because I thought long and hard about it and wanted to kinda bring someone back, like a throwback of sorts, that definitely needed some more shine. All I can say is it will be a real female-fun night."

We could definitely make a few guesses as to who could be joining Katy onstage, but we're gonna wait it out instead. She went on to say, "It's a bit old school. But I think when this person enters the stage and you hear the first ring of the chord, I think jaws will drop and faces will melt. There will be faces melting when she steps on the stage."

All we know for sure is that we're super excited for whatever Katy has to offer! Be sure to tune in for the 2015 Super Bowl when it airs on Sunday (Feb. 1).
