Katy Perry is Pretty in Pink at Billboard Woman of the Year Luncheon

Katy Perry was pretty as a pinup girl in a form-fitting, watermelon pink dress as the Billboard Woman of the Year luncheon on Nov. 30.

Perry appears on the new cover of the trade paper, celebrating her appointment as Woman of the Year. She looked ravishing in an almost coral shade of pink at the celebration. It certainly suited her, and the color brightened up an otherwise chilly New York City day.

The 'Wide Awake' singer wore her dark hair pulled off her face, fastened behind her neck and blown back, so she showed off her frock's pretty, ruffled neckline.

The dress was belted and played up her curvy, built-like-a-brick-you-know-what-house figure.

While we love when Perry gets candy coated with her dresses, we must admit that when she goes simple, it's incredibly sexy. She has such a tiny waist, which is accented by the belt.

It's one of our favorite looks she has sported this year. We're glad she saved the bright hue for her dress instead of her hair. That phase seems to be in the rear view for John Mayer's main squeeze.
