Imagine Katy Perry performing a private concert for you. Sounds like a dream come true, right? For students at Cooper High School in Abilene, Texas, it just might come true!

The students are finalists in a contest held by the singer, as reported by our friends at Townsquare Media radio station Mix 92.5. The challenge? Submit a two-minute video using 'Roar' as an inspiration. The winner will be handpicked by Katy herself!

Cooper High School's entry went viral, and this week the students were even featured on 'Good Morning America.' Using the 'Roar' theme of standing up for oneself and speaking out, the video shows the teens holding signs that express something negative they've been told or feel about themselves.

"People always try to put our school in a box and label us as something, and this video, I think, has just blown that wide open," Deborah Kirby, a Cooper High School teacher, said.

Check out their submission in the video above. The winner will be announced on Oct. 18, and we wish the best of luck to Abilene's Cooper High School!
