It's not at all unusual for artists -- especially world-famous pop stars -- to outline specific wants and needs in their tour rider. But 'Teenage Dream' icon Katy Perry's 45-page rider is meticulously detailed, down to the need for a glass door refrigerator and a cornucopia of flowers, but absolutely no carnations. Ever. And don't even think about looking at her!

Perry's concert rider is very to-the-point about what her chauffeurs are allowed to do -- and they're not allowed to stare at her. That means her drivers are banned from chatting it up with the superstar while she's in their presence, much less catch a glance at her in their rear-view mirror while driving.

In her dressing room, Lady Perry requests "white and purple hydrangeas, pink & white roses and peonies," but she's not terribly particular. If those aren't available she'll willingly accept a mixture of "seasonal white flowers to include white orchids" -- but no carnations -- and that's underlined to get the point across. She also requires very specific furniture, like cream-colored egg chairs and a modern coffee table, as well as a glass door refrigerator.

It's her concert and she can scalp if she wants to. The starlet's rider is very particular about venues holding tickets for her crew, but not so they can sit in the best seats. The special tickets are for "resellers" for "distribution to the public" on the "secondary market," i.e. scalping. We're talking big bucks now!

We do admire Perry for her responsibility to the environment, though. Rather than trash countless bottles of water, the hitmaker makes it clear that she needs water dispensers and a specific brand of sustainable aluminum water bottles for all of her people. Keep it earth-friendly, girl!

Of course, true to the fame, Perry must rest her head at night on a 5-star pillow in a 5-star hotel. Isn't that the life!
