Triple-threat Keke Palmer is expanding her already impressive and diverse resume with yet another talent — Broadway actress!

When the 21-year-old isn’t occupied with releasing music, starring on the big screen or filming episodes for her BET talk show ‘Just Keke,’ she’s apparently busy trying out for a spot in ‘Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella.’ The talented star landed the gig and will make her debut on Broadway this fall as the youngest and the first African-American woman to play the role on that stage. Congrats, girl!

“I have an infinite amount of gratitude to show, I am thankful to be able to do this and excited for the discipline it will bring,” she said in a statement (via JustJared).

The actress will be taking over the spot from former leads Carly Rae Jepsen and the current princess Paige Faure. Those are big glass shoes to fill, but we’re confident the new Ella can handle it!

Keke will transform into Cinderella eight times per week (wow!) at the Broadway Theatre starting Sept. 9.
