UPDATE: E! has released a statement regarding Kelly's departure. It reads (quote via Just Jared), "Kelly Osbourne is departing E!s Fashion Police to pursue other opportunities, and we would like to thank her for her many contributions to the series over the past five years, during which time the show became a hit with viewers. Fashion Police will return, as scheduled, on Friday, March 30th at 9PM and no decisions have been made on her replacement."

It looks like Kelly Osbourne might have made good on her threats to quit Fashion Police after all. According to TMZ, Kelly reportedly left the show today (Feb. 27) after clashing with producers. While many may believe Kelly left because she was unhappy with the comments Giuliana Rancic made about Zendaya's hair at the 2015 Oscars, TMZ says that Kelly was actually having issues with the producers of the show long before those comments were even made.

Apparently, icy feelings between her and the producers go way back to when the cast filmed the first episode of Fashion Police after Joan Rivers' death. Kelly was reportedly not happy with how producers were handling the show, and apparently the producers were "up to here" with Kelly, as well. If this is true, then it seems like it was only a matter of time before she wound up leaving the show.

Kelly has made no public statement about the show and whether she has actually left it for good. The news does come as a bit of a surprise, because despite Kelly saying earlier this week that she would quit the show if things were not made right, she also tweeted the following, "It takes a strong women [sic] to apologize [and] makes a forgiving women [sic] even stronger! #ThisTooShallPass." We assume she was referring to Giuliana's public apology to Zendaya and that all was well with Kelly and the show, but it looks like we may have been wrong.
